Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu is visiting Azerbaijan, a diplomatic source told Interfax.
Cavusoglu is to meet with Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and other Azeri officials on Thursday, the source said.
It was reported earlier that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had postponed his visit to Azerbaijan because of a terrorist attack in Ankara, which caused numerous fatalities.
