EAST STROUDSBURG, Pennsylvania (AP) — Authorities in Pennsylvania say skydivers who were 70 and 75 were killed when their parachutes got tangled and they fell to the ground.

State police say Theodore Wilson, 70, of New Rochelle, New York, and 75-year-old George Flynn, of Colonia, New Jersey, tumbled about 75 feet (23 meters) to the ground after their open parachutes became entangled Saturday in the Pocono Mountains.

Wilson was pronounced dead Saturday. Flynn was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead Sunday.

Authorities say both men died of multiple blunt force trauma.
