Adam Taylor: Ukrainian rebel leader says Scotland’s independence vote could have been rigged

The results of the Scottish independence referendum have shown a clear "no" majority, and Scotland will stay part of the United Kingdom. But at the other end of Europe, a very different separatist movement is casting doubt on the validity of the Scottish vote.
