On Oct. 19, the Darnytsia District Court in Kyiv ordered Vakhtang Kipiani, the author of the book The Court Case of Vasyl Stus, and Vivat Publishing House to remove information about Viktor Medvedchuk, Putin’s number one man in Ukraine, and ban the distribution of book until the prohibited chapter is cut out.
