Georgian voters go to the polls tomorrow (October 8, 2016) to elect a new Parliament. The contest is viewed as a referendum on the performance of Bidzina Ivanishvili’s Georgia Dream coalition, as well as a barometer on the public’s desire for a Saakashvili return to power. Polls show a relatively close race and no party with a clear majority.
