The ballots are still being counted for Ukraine’s Mayoral Runoffs yesterday, however the preliminary results show no national mandates or overarching themes. Instead, in a positive step for the country’s democratic development, the mayoral runoffs have produced a wide dispersion of power to multiple political parties. Here is a quick rundown:
