Dayton, Ohio -- To hear some Russians tell it, the United States has a "master plan" to demonize their president, Vladimir Putin, and use sanctions, imposed because of the crisis in Ukraine, to bring down his government. They also accuse Washington of backing pro-Nazi factions in Ukraine.
