Daria Kaleniuk: A simple recipe for tackling corruption in Ukraine

There is a simple solution to tackling corruption in Ukraine. It is based on three pillars: one independent law enforcement anti-corruption agency, maximum disclosure of information available to the state, and strengthening internal anti-corruption expertise.
