DAVOS, Switzerland – Ironically, it was a breakfast panel hosted by a Ukrainian oligarch, Victor Pinchuk and his Pinchuk Foundation, that yielded the most candid and interesting remarks as to what to do about Ukraine’s struggle against Putin and internal corruption.
