The same happened to me. I am a business developer at Mazars, a global player in the audit, accounting, tax and advisory markets. In autumn 2014 I came to the Kyiv Post Employment Fair in search of the challenging vacancies in the international companies with a good reputation. It was the right place to achieve my goal.
A couple of times each year, the Kyiv Post Employment Fair gathers the most prominent companies with real openings for graduates, young specialists and experienced people mostly with the knowledge of the foreign languages.
On May 16th, I found myself on the other side… I was not coming up to each stand of the employer asking for the information about their companies but I was communicating with students and graduates, as well as young specialists and was giving them an opportunity to learn about Mazars in Ukraine and its career opportunities in audit, outsourcing and tax, mostly accountants and audits of different ranges. I answered questions of everyone interested and told in detail about the company, its team, open vacancies, enabling young people to find their dream job and follow career aspirations.
Joining Mazars means to take part in a unique human adventure, build your professional expertise acknowledged by the market, and, beyond that,acquire a true life experience. All Mazars professionals share a common culture of excellence and place a high value on integrity, independence and respect.
Frankly speaking, I owe a lot to the organizers of this event because each of us understands that during such difficult period of time and situation in the country, it is very difficult to find an appropriate company who can share your values and help you to develop your skills. But now I am thoroughly recommend all my friends and other people to attend the fair where nothing unreal is possible. Top companies go there directly for recruiting because everyone knows about the event’s reputation.
We always proud to inform our colleagues, partners and even competitors about our participation as it is considered to be prestigious having a stand with the open vacancies and moreover, make a presentation.
Mazars has been participating in the Employment Fair for many years.Thanks to it, this was the first time I enjoyed as the leader of the group representing our company. I hope that many people would feel so proud too pretty soon or already feel so.
