As Russia’s hybrid war against Ukraine enters its eighth year, the puppet republics in eastern Ukraine seem on course to integrate with Russia, despite paying lip service to the Minsk Protocols. This is one of the conclusions of a report monitoring all aspects of life in these isolated statelets over 2020/2021.
