Halya Coynash: Deutsche Welle is continuing to mislead the public about Crimea

Internationally recognized borders are not re-drawn by armed annexations. This is certainly understood by Germany’s leaders and it is baffling that the German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle constantly presents a rather different picture.
