A Kyiv court has been passed the indictment against former Omega special force officer Volodymyr Kosenko on charges of killing and attempting to kill Maidan activists on February 20, 2014, the bloodiest day of the Euromaidan protests. The trial should begin shortly, however, there is a problem that, if not resolved, could result in the commencement of the trial dragging on for years.
