Russia’s FSB has taken another Crimean Tatar activist with serious medical issues prisoner. 58-year-old Edem Bekirov was detained at the border crossing from the Kherson oblast into occupied Crimea early on 12 December, and held incommunicado until well into the evening, when he was finally allowed to call his wife.
