Jennifer Rubin: The Donald joke is on us

Whenever Donald Trump makes a bad error, which is frequently, he makes excuses or just lies. The earpiece wasn't working when he was asked about the KKK and David Duke. His foreign policy comments are "misunderstood" or "taken out of context." And when a comment is unimaginably dumb, as was his solicitation for more hacked emails from Russia? Why, he says it was all a joke.
