The US Treasury sent the Congress a so-called “Kremlin list”, a list of 114 high-ranking officials and 96 oligarchs close to the Russian regime. The report mentions all Russian ministers, assistants and advisers to President Vladimir Putin, the heads of Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as businessmen with a fortune of over 1bn dollars, including Mikhail Fridman, Suleyman Kerimov, Alisher Usmanov, Oleg Deripaska, Yevgeniy Kaspersky and others.
