This July has seen the biggest scandal yet involving Ukraine’s judiciary. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau suspects the notorious Kyiv District Administrative Court judges of creating a criminal organization and aiming to seize state power. The bureau presented a 45-minute video including audio recordings of conversations between the head of the court and a court judge illustrating the court’s alleged influence over state bodies.
