In Stratfor’s 2017 Fourth-Quarter Forecast we highlighted Russia’s repeated attempts to use any means available to undermine the pro-West government in Ukraine. Protests in Kyiv could present a situation for Moscow to exploit, unless the Ukrainian government can contain the demonstrations.
