Volodymyr Horbulin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Security Studies Institute, member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, member of the Supervisory Board of Ukroboronprom, former secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, has published a book: “How to defeat Russia in the war of the future.” In this article, Horbulin summarizes the main ideas in his publication.
