“We’ve already had two Maidans, and it brought more negative results than positive. So it’s better to use radical political methods, for example, to change the Cabinet of Ministers completely. But no more people must die.”

“If there were protests, I would come to Maidan, because other, peaceful methods are not effective. Two years are enough for politicians to choose a vector and to do something, and now everything is getting worse and worse. When one dollar cost Hr 8, I could afford to travel to Europe, but now it’s hard to satisfy even my basic needs. People prefer to leave this country than to change something.”

“There must be no more Maidans. In my opinion, we should act only by political means. (Prime Minister Arseniy) Yatsenyuk needs to be replaced, but some of the ministers aren’t so bad … such political unrest will suit (Russian President Vladimir) Putin well.”

“It won’t help. We must pressure those who are in power now. So instead of coming to Maidan and requesting to improve our lives in general, it’s better to come to the Verkhovna Rada and demand the passing of particular laws. Even though I think that another Maidan is possible, not many people now believe that this will really change anything.”
