NATO and President Biden are still reluctant to admit Georgia and Ukraine into the alliance under the excuse of corruption and nontransparency of many aspects of political and economic criteria. Georgia and Ukraine are two special countries, unlike other NATO members. They are on the front line with Russia. It is certainly difficult to meet NATO criteria under this condition at this time.
