The Ukrainian investigative community InformNapalm has published footage of the Russian advanced radio intelligence system TORN, filmed in the occupied city of Makiyivka. Donetsk and Makiyivka denizens reported the presence of this brand-new Russian equipment in their cities, on several occasions. OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) also spotted it. Moreover, images of TORN in occupied Donetsk appeared twice on a Russian social media network in 2015. However, this is the first-ever video showing TORN relocating in the occupied city.
