Ukraine to debut at American art festival
Odesa artist Oleksandr Milov (Mel) will represent Ukraine at an annual art festival Burning Man to be held in Black Rock desert (Nevada, USA). Ukraine will participate in this festival for the first time.
The artist will present composition ‘Love’ demonstrating two giant steel cages shaped woman and man in quarrel. Inside of the cages one can see two kids trying to touch each other through the bars which separate them.
Burning Man is a 8 days-annual art festival of modern art. The festival participants try to create ‘Utopian Society’ following 10 basic principles: radical inclusion, gifting, decommodification, radical self-reliance, radical self-expression, civic efforts, responsibility, leaving no trace, participation, immediacy.

Three Ukrainian referees to undergo UEFA training course
Kateryna Monsul, Yevhen Aranovskiy and Serhiy Boyko will attend UEFA summer pre-season training courses for top-referees to be held on August 12-14, in Geneva and Nyon.
UEFA invites all male referees of elite and first category and female referees of elite category for its training.
The UEFA study program includes: medical examination, FIFA physical condition test, panel discussion, presentations, matches reviews with analyzing interesting moments.
‘Reform’ Kyiv company presented new armored car
New armored car Godzilla, which can stand Dragunov and AK-47 sniper rifle fire, was presented by company REFORM (Kyiv).
The vehicle can hold 14-18 soldiers.
Besides cabin and landing compartment, armored plates are also installed in fuel tank and car bottom. Doorways are outlined with additional steel frames. A vehicle is equipped with air conditioning and heating systems.
Godzilla has evacuation hatches and arrowslits as well.

The first eco-park ever built in Ukraine to appear in Kyiv
‘Nyvky’ park, Kyiv, is going to become an area where the first innovation park ever built in Ukraine to be equipped.
The park aim is to teach people to treat the nature and its resources properly.
According to the project the park will be equipped with energy-saving lighting, rainwater collectors, ‘smart’ house with solar panels, solar lanterns, cycling generators for devices charging.
The construction works are planned for this July.

The first Ukrainian church was hallowed in Spain
The Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius, the first Ukrainian church in Spain, was recently hallowed in Huelva, Andalusia, Spain.
The church initiator was the parish of Saints Cyril and Methodius of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church represented by father Dmytro Savchuk.
In 2012 outside stone, cross and icon of Saints Cyril and Methodius were hallowed by Dionisiy Lyakhovych, Apostolic Visitator for Greek-Catholic Ukrainians in Italy and Spain.
