Refugees from Horlivka to show how to build an eco-house for $5000

Andriy (IT
specialist) and Mykhailo (humanitarian), who left temporary occupied Horlivka
(Donetsk Oblast), recently launched the project ‘Where Is a House’ where they
will share how to build a dome house for $5000.

The primary task for
the project creators is to build two dome houses with different types of
foundations, heating system and size (for 3 and 5 people) and make the video of
the building process. Moreover, the developers plan to prepare a free detailed
building manual (including project and budget), so that the users could build
their own eco-house with minimal budget.

The project is also
interesting as it offers to launch the network of cheap house constructions on
the whole territory of Ukraine. The network would allow exchanging with
materials, technologies, tools and solutions. The authors suggest creating join
construction fund to buy instruments and materials (which then can be lent to
anyone who want to build a cheap dome house).
