Bate C. Toms

Bate C. Toms had many years of oil and gas experience, including for U.S. and U.K. (North Sea) exploration and development, before coming to Ukraine, where he handled most of the initial legal work for Western investment in Ukrainian oil and gas projects, including for several major oil and gas companies as well as to organize the first IPOs and project financings for Ukraine for leading independents. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and also studied law at Magdalene College, Cambridge University and he is a member of the D.C., Virginia and Paris Bars.
