Gunther Fehlinger is serving as a Secretary-General of CEE BC, the voice of FDI & SME Business Associations in Central Eastern Europe. Previously he worked as General Secretary of SME UNION, a development and investment consultant in Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, Moldova.
