A French-born, Gabriel graduated from Adelphi University, New York, with a B.A. in Political Science before moving to London where he graduated with an M.A. in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College. Ukraine has been a major focus throughout his studies, as well as Russia, and Islamic Terrorism.
