Sam Sokol is a freelance journalist based in the Jerusalem area. A former correspondent for the Jerusalem Post and the Israel Broadcasting Authority (IBA), his work has been appeared in Haaretz, the Times of Israel, the Forward, the Jewish Chronicle and the Columbia Journalism Review. Sokol received the 2015 B’nai B’rith Diaspora Reportage Award for his work on the Jews of revolutionary Ukraine and is a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), which will be publishing his book on Russian hybrid war and antisemitism in the first half of 2019.
