Violeta Moskalu is the founder of the Global Ukraine Foundation (2015) and co-founder of Global Ukrainians Forum (network of Ukrainian leaders, highly educated & globally-connected expatriates), senior expert on international development, public administration and local self-government reforms, honorary President (founder) of French-Ukrainian NGO Exchanges Lorraine – Ukraine (2004).
