Volodymyr Chemerys

Volodymyr Chemerys is a human rights activist. He was a member of the Verkhovna Rada of the second convocation (1994–1998) and one of the leaders of the 1990 “Revolution on granite” and “Ukraine without Kuchma” campaign in 2000-2001. He is now a member of NGO Institute Republic, which advocates for freedom of assembly and other civil rights
