Volodymyr Horbulin

Volodymyr Pavlovych Horbulin (Ukrainian: Володимир Павлович Горбулін; born Jan. 17, 1939, in Zaporizhia, Ukrainian SSR) is a Soviet and Ukrainian politician, head of the Council for Foreign and Security Policy, former secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, former head of the National Space Agency of Ukraine, doctor of engineering science, professor, member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, director of the Institute of National Security Problems at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
