On 1st of April, Kyiv will host second annual YouthSpeak Forum, organized by AIESEC in Ukraine. YouthSpeak Forum is a premier event that brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues.
The forum aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross-pollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward. It will happen by delegates journey through the unique and interactive framework of Inspire, Engage, Act, that ensures not only rising a topic but also provide an opportunity to engage youth to direct impact towards main challenges.
The agenda of the forum includes:
POWERFUL TALKS
Collaboration as global tendency – Illya Kinigshtein (managing partner and creative director of Creative Quarter),
Sustainable development goals – Pavlo Ilushyn (representative of youth panel UN in Ukraine),
Leadership – Tetyana Lukinyuk ( General manager “Red Bull” Ukraine and Belarus)
PANEL DISCUSSION
Rimma El Joueidi, Head of “Teach for Ukraine” initiative
Victoriia Mudrak, Vice-president of organisational development, AIESEC in Ukraine
Dmytro Shymkiv, vice-chancellor of President administration
Representatives from the biggest youth portal Studway and EY, the big 4 company. They will have a discussion on how we can “#Transform. Yourself. Country. The world”, and will define which struggles they see right now in order to develop collaboration between different sectors.
WORKSHOPS
3 Companies will represent their workshop based on 2020 skills in order to provide relevant practical experience for delegates, as the gap between the graduate and perfect employee is pretty big, on WEF it was defined main skills that are going to be crucial in next couple of years to get a good job.
OPPORTUNITY SPACE
Opportunities from youth NGOs and companies, arranged in the way, that delegates can directly apply for an internship or to the team, or just to have a meaningful conversation to get how business in Ukraine works.
CASES
6 practical cases from “Prozorro”, “Hromadskyi Proect”, “Kyiv Smart City”, “Ministry of Youth and Sports” that will provide youth with a space of finding solutions to real challenges, that institutions face on the way to make Ukraine a better place to live in. Concept of the space enables every young person’s voice to be heard. Authors of the most interesting and useful ideas will be invited to execute this ideas in life together with cases hosts.
