Nataliya Dryuk, Counsel, Intellectual Property, has an extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, and intellectual property (IP). Her main focus is patent litigation in agrochemistry and pharmaceuticals at the intersection of biology, chemistry and IP. She also advises on licensing and conducts IP due diligence in various industry sectors.
During her 12 years of experience Nataliya has developed innovative solutions for her clients in a range of litigation matters in this area. Nataliya’s recent experience also includes handling numerous cases related to trademarks and domain names in the field of media and telecom.
