Taras Dmukhovskyy was promoted to counsel at AVELLUM’s finance practice. Taras has over seven years of experience in advising international and Ukrainian clients on a broad range of cross-border and domestic financial transactions: lending, debt and equity markets transactions, and restructurings.
During recent years, Taras was a lead associate in many ground-breaking and high-profile capital market deals, including new money issues and debt restructurings.
Taras obtained his Master of Laws degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2009, followed by LL. M. in Financial Services Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, USA in 2010.
