Maksym Maksymenko was promoted to counsel at AVELLUM’s real estate and land law practice. Maksym has over ten years of experience in providing full range of legal services to international and Ukrainian clients.
He primarily focuses on land and agriculture legal matters, construction and related financing, real estate development, and investment. Maksym also regularly advises clients on renewable energy projects.
Maksym obtained his Master of Laws degree from the Law Department of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University in 2010, followed by PhD in 2013. He is admitted to the Bar since 2015.
