INTEGRITES is expanding the dispute resolution practice
INTEGRITES introduces two new legal teams organized in the STL format (Specialised Tactics Litigation). Oleksiy Sluch has become the new partner of the firm and Volodymyr Pavlenko – the new counsel; both of them are recognized experts in the field of dispute resolution.
Oleksiy Sluch is now in charge of the team of lawyers specializing in banking disputes and disputes related to commercial contracts (Banking & Commercial Litigation), while Volodymyr Pavlenko’s team will primarily deal with disputes related to bankruptcy and restructuring (Insolvency & Restructuring). Thus, INTEGRITES have significantly strengthened their practice of handling national disputes, which includes the Tax Litigation, IP Litigation as well as Mediation judicial groups.
Experience of the teams headed by Oleksiy and Volodymyr includes representing of the largest international and national companies in dispute resolution in such areas as Finance, Energy and Natural Resources, Agriculture, Infrastructure and Pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining INTEGRITES, Oleksiy Sluch was a part of the team of the law firm “Vasil Kisil and Partners”, where he gained significant experience and professional expertise in the field of judicial practice (national and international trials). Oleksiy Sluch has participated in many high-profile cases in the banking sector and has unique experience in countering illegal schemes aimed at non-payment of loans, retirement of assets of unscrupulous Ukrainian debtors and international banks, as well as specializing in the prosecution of such assets in Ukraine and other jurisdictions. Additionally, Oleksiy has considerable experience in investment, corporate and commercial disputes.
Volodymyr Pavlenko, prior to joining INTEGRITES, headed the direction of commercial disputes of KPMG Ukraine. His project experience includes strategic defense of Ukrainian banks in cases of debt collection and representation of a wide range of Ukrainian businesses in disputes about the debt restructuring. In addition, Mr. Pavlenko has also represented the interests of international companies in disputes regarding debt restructuring, disputes with public authorities and commercial disputes.
