INTEGRITES is delighted to announce joining of Dmytro Marchukov as Partner responsible for Cross-Border Dispute Resolution.
Prior to joining INTEGRITES Dmytro led the dispute resolution at another Ukrainian firm. At INTEGRITES he will primarily focus on cross-border litigation, fraud investigation, asset tracing and recovery, as well as arbitration.
Dmytro has extensive experience in representing international and Ukrainian clients in close to every kind of dispute resolution matters. In particular, in local and cross-border litigation, transnational insolvency and receivership, asset tracing and recovery, fraud investigation, anti-bribery probes, enforcement of mortgages and pledges, commercial and investment arbitration under the major institutional and ad hoc rules, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral awards. He is highly praised by the major international and Ukrainian legal directories in the various fields of dispute resolution and is an active member of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association where he sits on the Board.
