Maud Joseph
, Director of the Franco-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry said:

“When we first founded the Award, we could not even imagine what a huge reserve of women entrepreneurs there is in Ukraine. The main goal of our Award is not only to provide them with financial and professional support for business development, but most importantly – to give them self-confidence. After all, only when we get rid of the imposter complex and stop thinking that we are taking someone else’s place, we begin to show our creativity, efficiency and endurance. “

The “Made by Women” award is part of a large program for the implementation of an active feminization policy on the part of French companies. It was initiated by the committee of the businesswomen of the Franco-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is actively promoting women’s entrepreneurship. The mission of the initiative is to motivate already successful Ukrainian entrepreneurs and those who are still dreaming of taking their first steps in business.
