She specializes in corporate disputes resolution and complex litigation, protection from hostile takeovers, banking disputes, and representation of business interests in disputes with public authorities.
Olena’s track record includes successfully completed projects on protecting businesses from hostile takeovers, disputes with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization, the National Bank of Ukraine, the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine, the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets and other public authorities. She received her LL.M. from Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine.
