There is a garbage sorting system and air quality sensors. The sensors measure fine dust concentration (PM2.5 and PM10), the levels of formaldehyde (CH₂O), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), carbon monoxide (CO), oxygen (O₂), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and also capture temperature and humidity.
UNIT.Home is a city of spaces, implemented in partnership with UDP; it is integrated into the UNIT.City innovation park with an active ecosystem. In addition to the park infrastructure, the residential complex will feature a medical center, fitness club, educational institutions for children, multiple creative studios, cafés, a movie theater, offering comfortable and inspiring conditions of living not only for the intellectual and creative specialists working at UNIT.City, but also for all future residents of the complex. The focus is not only on the expressive architecture and exceptional infrastructure.
