World tennis star Elina Svitolina has founded her own Foundation and announces charity evening with the stars to support young talents — young athletes who in the future can become top tennis players in Ukraine and in the world.

Kyiv, November 23, 2019  Elina Svitolina Foundation in Ukraine (ES Foundation) holds the Charity Gala Dinner with the participation of the founder and her famous guests. The participants will be able to support the initiatives of the newly established project of outstanding Ukrainian tennis player.

Gala dinner was timed to coincide with the official opening of the Foundation in Ukraine, the main task of which will be to support young tennis players. The Elina Svitolina Foundation will provide scholarships for development of young talents, learning to play tennis and participation in international tournaments. Foundation will also organize sports camps, offer educational programs, and develop sports infrastructure. In addition, there are plans to open tennis courts in different regions of Ukraine.

Announced gala dinner with the stars, which will be the part of this charity program, aimed to draw public attention to children’s sport and to show the possibilities for its development, will take place on Saturday evening at 19.00 in the modern and comfortable holiday complex Equides Club (Kyiv region, Lesniki village, Vishnevaya Street, 36). Gala dinner activities include: the traditional cocktail reception, meeting and chat with the champion and her distinguished guests, gala dinner, silent and live auctions, exclusive performance.

Friends from all over the world and from Ukraine have expressed willingness to support the initiative of Elina Svitolina. So, a number of original lots from the famous people will be put up to auction during the evening. Among them are: the unique items from the world sport stars, special lots from Wladimir Klitschko, lots from flamboyant and inimitable Garik Korogodsky, wine from the private collection of the Ukrainian businessman Yuri Sapronov, music performance of the popular singer, author and composer TAYANNA. Such companies, organizations and brands like Top 5 Management, H-Club, Geos, Kiton, Hilton, Club Med have joined to support Elina Svitolina Foundation.

“My goal is to open the doors of top-class sports to children of my native country – Ukraine, and perhaps to ignite new Ukrainian stars on the world sports arena,” says Elina Svitolina, who knows firsthand how difficult it can be to achieve results in sports, how important support and belief in success is, as well as insistence and everyday work. Today, as a famous athlete, who has won many victories, cups and medals, Elina Svitolina sees her calling as transfer of experience to new generations, promotion and support of the future top tennis players.
