The Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang is pleased to announce that Tetyana Dovgan has been promoted to partner with effect from 1 May 2019. In her new role, Tetyana will continue coordinating and further developing the Corporate/M&A practice.
Tetyana advises on complex joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity and M&A transactions in Ukraine and the CEE/CIS region, with an industry focus on infrastructure, agriculture, IT and banking. Tetyana has acted on some of the highest profile English-law governed deals in Ukraine having advised on all aspects of the transaction from on the ground in Kyiv.
