The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed Industrial Company Gazvydobuvannia LLC (Kyiv) belonged to Anna and Karina Zlochevsky, the daughters of ex-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Mykola Zlochevsky, to build up more than 50% in the private enterprise Trade House Atlanta Plus (Lviv).

According to the committee, the permit was issued following the meeting of the committee held on Sept. 16.

According to the State Information Geological Fund of Ukraine, TD Atlanta Plus owns a subsoil license for the Zahorivska oil and gas area (Volyn region) with an area of 77 square meters.

As reported, the daughters of Zlochevsky Anna and Karina became the ultimate beneficial owners of his Ukrainian mining assets.

Earlier, Zlochevsky’s oil and gas business was united into the Burisma group, which produces about 1 billion cubic meters of gas per year.
