ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in July 2019 topped the list of the largest recipients of VAT refunds from the budget with Hr 1.05 billion compared to Hr 848.4 million in June, according to the website of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine.
According to the agency, the top three recipients of VAT refunds also included two enterprises affiliated with Metinvest Group: Mariupol Illich Steel Mill with Hr 725.87 million (Hr 870.92 million in June) and Zaporizhstal with Hr 544.05 million (Hr 606.8 million).
The top five largest recipients were also Poltava GOK with Hr 294.25 million (Hr 548.46 million) and Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant with Hr 223.87 million (Hr 144.3 million).
Kernel-Trade, which significantly reduced its result over the month receiving Hr 217.46 million in July against Hr 772.3 million in June, is among the other five recipients. It is followed by Glencore Agriculture Ukraine with Hr 192.03 million (Hr 184.46 million).
Nibulon, an operator in the grain market, worsened its monthly result to Hr 185.73 million in July from Hr 207.51 million in June.
The top ten enterprises also include ADM Ukraine with Hr 185.66 million (Hr 454.16 million), and Interpipe Nyzhniodniprovsky Pipe Rolling Plant with Hr 179.65 million (Hr 27.8 million).
