VÄSTERÅS, Sweden – Westinghouse Electric Company on Sept. 18 announced that it has signed a contract with Ukraine’s State Enterprise National Nuclear Energy Generation Company Energoatom to deliver important monitoring instrumentation systems to four units at the Zaporizhzhia power plant. The project is part of the Complex Consolidated Safety Upgrade Program of nuclear power plants in Ukraine performed under loan agreements with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Euroatom.
