The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on July 10 approved the strategy for the development of exports of agricultural, food and processing industry products until 2026, as well as a plan for its implementation, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has said.
“The purpose of the strategy is to determine a long-term state policy aimed at ensuring a steady increase in the volume of exports of products of domestic agriculture, food and processing industries,” the report says.
According to the ministry, the strategy envisages growth in production and exports, expanding the range, increasing the share of high value-added products, opening new markets, and expanding export opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises.
