Rosiland Engineering Limited (Cyprus) affiliated with DCH Group of businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky has received a permit from Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee to acquire a controlling stake in Kharkiv Tractor Plant granting over 50 percent of the votes in the management body of the company.
According to the committee’s permit issued on March 23 with reference to information from the petitioner, Rosiland Engineering manages corporate rights of the companies incorporated in DCH Group.
As reported, late January Antimonopoly Committee permitted Rosiland Engineering Limited to indirectly acquire shares in public joint-stock company Kharkiv Tractor Plant via Calverton Establishment Ltd (British Virgin Islands).
Yaroslavsky in April 2016 announced the acquisition of a controlling stake in Kharkiv Tractor Plant from Austrian investor Siegfried Wolf.
Yaroslavsky said in October that the finalization of the deal to buy the plant was postponed, as the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee three times rejected the application of DCH.
Kharkiv Tractor Plant resumed operations on Jan. 6.
