Ostrov Consulting Company became the winner in the tender for the services to appraise property of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, offering a price of Hr 12.9 million, according to the ProZorro electronic system.
This price still needs to be justified, since it is half the expected cost (Hr 27 million).
According to the tender documents, the winner of the tender will have to determine the fair value of fixed assets, capital investments in progress and intangible assets of Ukrzaliznytsia for accounting, which is necessary in connection with the requirements of international financial reporting standards.
The assessment date is until Jan. 1, 2022.
In addition to Ostrov Consulting Company, the tender was attended by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (the final offer was Hr 17.263 million) and Deloitte & Touche LLC (the final offer was Hr 17.264 million).
