You're reading: Court confirms rejection of Siemens lawsuit against Technopromexport in ‘Crimean turbines’ case

Russia’s Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court confirmed on March 1 the decision by Moscow Arbitration Court on December 14, 2017, to reject a lawsuit filed by German Siemens against Rostec companies OJSC VO Technopromexport and Technopromexport LLC over the allegedly illegal shipment of turbines to Crimea.

The court rejected motions from both sides, an Interfax correspondent reported from the court.

It also confirmed the rejection of Technopromexport’s countersuit against Siemens, which the Russian company had sought to have overturned.
