The European Business Association (EBA) has said it is necessary to complete law on state regulation of alcohol by a norm, which will exclude use of retail license instead of wholesale one during the wholesales.
According to the association, this should be done for the business entity dealing with retail of alcohol drinks do not sell or store alcohol drinks of the legal and business entities, who don’t have a manufacturing or wholesale licenses.
“For example, for the shop could only accept the alcohol for sales from the producers with manufacturing or wholesale licenses,” reads the report.
The EBA says it will establish fairer conditions for business and to admit not the situation, when dishonest entrepreneur bought a license for retails, but deals with the wholesales.
As reported, on July 24 the Cabinet of Ministers abolished licensing for imports and exports of ethyl, cognac and fruit alcohol, ethyl rectified grape and fruit spirit, alcoholic drinks and tobacco products.
